How to chart: pick a condition, then click a tooth surface (M / O-I / D / B / L) or the
whole-tooth bar beneath it. Surface conditions (caries, amalgam, composite, sealant) go on surface boxes;
whole-tooth conditions (crown, RCT, implant, missing, extraction, watch) go on the bar.
Bridge: turn on the Bridge Tool, click the first abutment tooth, then click the second —
a connector is drawn between them. Click an existing connector to remove it.
To submit: click Download as Image and upload the PNG to Moodle, or use
